What's your favorite thing about your role?
My favorite part of my role would be creating garments that empower athletes to feel their most beautiful and confident selves.
Where do you draw your design inspo?
I love to look at what is trending in today’s Fashion for inspiration - from Met Galas, Red carpet looks to couture designer runways.
What separates Sylvia P Teamwear from the competition?
From design to production, our wonderful team focus on the finer details. An SP leotard will stand out for quality, finesse and the fact that they are ‘like no other’.
What is your favourite Leotard design from the 2026-27 Catalog?
My favourite Leotard from the 2026-27 Catalog is the Esmerelda. It exudes an understated elegance with a beautiful crystal design that perfectly contours the body.
What is your all-time favorite Sylvia P Teamwear Design?
My all-time favorite Sylvia P Teamwear Design would have to be our Shi Leotard. I love the melting ombre meshed with a chic high neck and gorgeous dripping crystals. This design was also created in collaboration with Shilese Jones, so I feel like her influence on the design really elevates the Leotard.

What's your favorite thing about your role?
One of the best feelings is seeing a design I’ve worked on shining on the athlete. Plus we have such a talented team, so I feel very privileged to be able to collaborate with them.
Where do you draw your design inspo?
Mostly high-fashion runway and couture gowns, though it’s easy to find inspiration anywhere, including nature, architecture, etc.
What separates Sylvia P Teamwear from the competition?
We push the boundaries of what is possible without sacrificing the signature timeless elegance that makes it Like No Other.
What inspired your Selene Leotard design from the 2026-27 Catalog?
The concept for this one was the sun setting over the ocean - vibrant hues that melt from one colour to the next, like clouds in the sky, while the crystals follow the lines in grouped scatters, like sparkling ripple reflections on the water.
What is your all-time favorite Sylvia P Teamwear Design?
The one that usually comes to mind is the Michigan State University Royalty Leotard - it’s the perfect mix of feminine classic lines with stylish edge. I just love all the MSU designs we have done across the board!

What’s your favorite thing about your role?
My favorite part of my role is getting to do what I love - designing. It’s incredibly rewarding to see ideas come to life, and even more special knowing the athletes feel empowered and confident in what they wear.
Where do you draw your design inspiration from?
I love drawing inspiration from intricate jewellery and couture gowns, especially when it comes to creating unique and detailed designs. Bringing all of these elements together allows us to create leotards that are truly “Like No Other.”
What sets Sylvia P Teamwear apart from the competition?
We go the extra mile when it comes to care and attention to detail, ensuring every leotard is the best it can be. We’re constantly pushing design boundaries and exploring new creative limits, adding that extra touch of sparkle to the gymnastics world.
What inspired your Trixie Leotard design from the 2026–27 Catalog?
The ‘Trixie’ leotard was inspired by the ocean, particularly the playful movement of the waves. This is reflected in the way the crystals flow freely across the body in delicate lines. They enhance the athlete’s shape capturing the way sunlight dances across the ocean.
What is your all-time favorite Sylvia P Teamwear design?
That’s a tough choice, but I’d have to say the ‘Citrine’ leotard I designed for Ruby Pass. It radiates sunshine and sparkle from every angle; you wouldn’t be able to miss it on the comp floor.

What's your favorite thing about your role?
I love making moodboards, sketching and designing for the catalog, we really get an opportunity to be creative with it.
Where do you draw your design inspo from?
I find inspiration everywhere from nature to fashion, music and art.
What separates Sylvia P Teamwear from the competition?
Every detail down to a single crystal is considered and has its exact place, we really put our hearts into the whole process.
What inspired your Nicole Leotard design from the 2026-27 Catalog?
For the Nicole leotard I was inspired to use dynamic lines that wind up and down the body, I wanted to create something that felt intergalactic and ethereal.
What is your all-time favorite Sylvia P Teamwear Design?
My all time favorite Sylvia P Design is the Ruby Pass Citrine leotard which inspired the Ruby from our new Catalog- it’s a great example of beautiful crystal work on a flattering and elegant base.
AMBER
What’s your favorite thing about your role?
My favorite part of my role is bringing an idea to life. Seeing a design evolve from the initial sketch to a finished leotard worn on the competition floor is very rewarding.
Where do you draw your design inspo?
I tend to draw inspiration from a wide variety of places but my tried and true is Haute Couture runways. I love translating intricate gowns into performance ready leotards.
What separates Sylvia P Teamwear from the competition?
Our attention to detail is really like no other, I believe our quality, fit and design aesthetic puts us in a league above the competition.
What inspired your Soraya leotard design from the 2026-27 Catalog?
The sparkle and shine of cascading water inspired the crystal motif for my Soraya Leotard; I wanted to pair that with the elegance of a corset inspired back design. The name for this design is inspired by my oldest best friend I’ve known for over 20 years.
What is your all-time favorite Sylvia P Teamwear Design?
MSU’s Royalty Leotard is definitely my all-time favorite, when I first started designing for Sylvia P I was in absolute awe of the design. The crystal design on the body and cascading across the chest and down the sleeves exude so much elegance.

What's your favorite thing about your role?
My favorite thing about my role is that I am able to challenge myself as a designer and broaden my design skills. We have the room to grow and develop these skills with each leotard we design and with this we can explore new ideas and how we can apply them to our designs.
Where do you draw your design inspo?
I draw a lot of my inspiration from Fashion elements. I mainly look to runway or couture garments to see how I can apply similar details to my designs and how I can elevate the leotard to something truly like no other.
What separates Sylvia P Teamwear from the competition?
Sylvia P leotards are very distinguishable from others in the industry. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness that goes into each design is what sets us apart; our commitment to creating not just another leotard, but a couture garment that allows the gymnasts to feel confident while they compete.
What is your favorite Leotard design from the 2026-27 Catalog?
My favourite 2026-27 Catalog design is the Beverly Leotard. I love the crystal sleeve motif and how impactful it is when worn. I also love the base of the leotard and how the binding gives it a sporty look against the elegance of the crystal design.
What is your all-time favorite Sylvia P Teamwear Design?
There are so many incredible leotards to choose. I think my all-time favorite leotard is UCLA’s Empower Leotard. I think this leotard truly captures the essence of Sylvia P and how, although not overly complex, the combination of the crystals and the print can make a truly unique and iconic design.

What's your favorite thing about your role?
Being able to challenge myself every day with different designs! You never get the same 2 custom leotards so it keeps me on my toes in terms of creativity and pushes me to see how else I can reimagine a design
Where do you draw your design inspo?
I draw a lot of my design inspo from nature for prints and high end fashion for different silhouettes and styles
What separates Sylvia P Teamwear from the competition?
I think what separates Sylvia P Teamwear from the competition is that we aren’t afraid to think outside the box. We push boundaries of what we can do with every design which allows us to be at the forefront of bespoke leotard designs. True to our slogan “Like no other” we design with that in mind with every design we do.
What is your favorite Leotard design from the 2026-27 Catalog?
My favourite design from the 2026-27 Catalog is the “Trixie” leotard! I love how regal the design is, with it looking like cascading necklaces all over the body and sleeve. The way it sparkles is insane!
What is your all-time favorite Sylvia P Teamwear Design?
I think my current all-time favorite Sylvia P Teamwear Design is the Yellow Ruby Pass Leotard!
